RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • All students all reminded to be courteous and respect all other students and tutors.
  • Students should arrive on time for classes and remain for the duration of the teaching session. Late arrival at teaching sessions would be disruptive, discourteous, unprofessional and unfair to other class members and tutors.
  • All students are not allowed to eat in classrooms. Students are to switch off their hand phones during class as it would be disruptive, discourteous, unprofessional and unfair to other class members and tutors.
  • All students are to be reminded to present their student cards upon arrival to reception as to mark attendance.
  • Students must achieve a monthly minimum attendance of 75%. Students whose absenteeism rates exceed 25% shall be barred from taking the final examination of the course and cannot be awarded the certificate. Appeal allowed only on a case-by-case basis with adequate documentation as proof of absence. Under such circumstances, all fees paid shall be forfeited.
  • Students who have changed their correspondence address, contact phone number or email address should inform the Department of Student Support and Services promptly.
  • Students should make a call to the school if he/she is unable to come for class. Students who need to take leave that is, or more than a week, are to fill up the Leave Application From and submit to the Student Services Department as soon as practicable.
  • Students who were caught to go for courses that they have not applied for will be punished on a case-by-case basis.
  • Students must not make any noise outside the classroom. If students were to encounter any problem outside the classroom, they are free to ask for assistance from any staff members.
